The Phallox Extender is a non-invasive penile traction device designed to apply gentle, controlled mechanical tension to the stretched penis. Secondly, the stretched penis is comfortably secured onto the flat plastic base using non-slip fabric straps that accommodate different penis girths and lengths without restricting blood flow. Thirdly, the extender has a minimalist design and remains invisible during wear.
